SHIPPING  

$5 flat rate shipping on all continental US orders with free shipping over $100. Flat rate of $15 for Alaska, Hawaii.

RETURN POLICY

We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery for online orders and 14 days of purchase for in store.

Eligible Returns

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

• Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds & Store Credit

• Full-price items are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment or store credit

• Items purchased during a storewide promotion or sale including new client discounts are eligible for store credit only

• Store credit never expires

Final Sale Items

• All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange

• Items marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable

Holiday Exchange Policy

• Holiday purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit

• Window: 14 days after Christmas 

• No refunds to original payment method

• Final sale items excluded

Additional Notes

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria

• Returns received outside of the return window will not be accepted
